Mark was excellent from start to finish. Unlike other quotes, he wouldn't name a price until he identified where the leak was. This took him nearly an hour; it wasn't the grouting but another issue, and he didn't need to retile the shower room completely which saved us a lot of money! Mark gave a very reasonable quote; told us how long the job would take and when he would start. He carried out all three promises. He cleaned thoroughly and bagged up the rubbish. I would recommend him without reservation.

This was a small job (repair of 6 tiles and a row of glass mosaic tiles) so it was difficult to find anyone who wanted to quote. I'm very glad that Octavian got in touch - he was very helpful and polite and his colleague did a good job.
